Our room was large, quiet, and had a great balcony, and the cleaning service was exceptional, while the central location made it easy to reach top sights like Sultanahmet square and other attractions.

the location was magnificent and unbeatable for exploring this fairly quiet area, very close to the tourist attractions easy walking distance, the old town and turkey and ill. we stayed for 2 nights here, loved old city sultanahmet district.

The hotel has a knowledgeable and hospitable team, they helped us with cab.

The location here is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shops nearby, including the Saltanahmet old town, and the breakfast choices with stunning views are just amazing.

The deluxe room overlooks city and includes coffee & tea makers and glassware. The location is favourable and excellent, it is walking distance to a mosque and a palace. You could walk to grand bazaar and convenience stores;)))

I like the staff, and the manager were kind enough to upgrade me to deluxe suite. Location is very good, 5 min walk from Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed Mosques.

I didn't like the breakfast, it does not reflect the Turkish breakfast and there were no enough variety from the bakery!!

The building and rooms are nice and clean, with a lovely balcony; the location is fantastic, close to everything within walking distance.

the rooms were extremely spacious and soundproof and with a nice balcony. we had a very very good breakfast with fabulous views, for all tastes.

The staff were expressively helpful and friendly and generous they invited our driver to have free breakfast while waiting for us the breakfast buffet was delicious with all variety of healthy food. Location in the old town near was great . I highly recommend this small hotel for couples and families.

The only problem was that taxi drivers don't know the hotel so you have always to guide them

From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had never been to Turkey before and were a bit apprehensive but as soon as we met the staff we felt so relived that the people were so friendly.In particular I would like to mention Sali and Murat who made our stay so enjoyable, they are truly professionals and offer exceptional customer service.

The staff was helpful and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge. the location was excellent and unbeatable, so close to the city centre of Istanbul as well as all the main attractions and the Bosphorus, in a calm area.

Extremly friendly, competent, language-skilled and helpful staff. The advice and assistance was "five star" and surely out of the routine. The hotel is small and we felt well taken care of by the numerous staff. The location is very good - 5-15 minutes walk to major attractions, yet located a little bit aside from the busy (and noisy) heart of Old City in a quiet area. Spa area is nice and peaceful. Massage is excellent.

The hotel even with the internet last minute rate is overpriced. And something, which was really annoying is that rooms which are described as "executive suites with sea view" actually do not have sea view but rather "old & ugly builidng view" with sea being seen when you look to your extreme left from the balcony. Surely not worth paying anything extra for it or if you decide to go for it make sure that you will get the one room with a direct sea view. They could diversify breakfasts menu.

The food was enjoyable, the staff was attentive and the location was fabulous with a beautiful view of the sea.
